Job Summary District: Ganjam; Block: Beguniapada, Buguda, Polosara & Khalikote - 1; District: Rayagada; Block: Rayagada * The applicant needs to be a resident of these blocks * Key Functions: ORW will lead the field activities of the CSC. They will identify and facilitate registration of PLHIV including those with special needs (children, HRGs) at the CSC. In conjunction with peer counsellor, they will support the PLHIV to access health and non-health services through regular follow up. Responsibilities and Duties Specific roles and responsibilities of ORW - Develop an action plan (preferably weekly or fortnightly) with the help of Project Coordinator keeping focus on priority clients: - Home visit to newly initiated clients to provide treatment education, education on OIs, nutrition, healthy lifestyles and positive living, and psychosocial support.
