- Build an understanding of the deliverables expected from ISPL Operations for the program and ensure these are submitted per guidelines of the program and timelines, accounting of course for, and calling out any exceptions or nuances that are specific to ISPL. This will be via participation on global/regional calls as well as via a thorough reading and analyses of any policy/procedure documents that may be provided. - Run the internal weekly/fortnightly/monthly governance meetings from preparing the agenda, to coordinating calendars, publishing the minutes etc. Follow-up with stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of materials, tracking and follow-up of action items, etc. - Provide weekly updates on the program to the defined set of stakeholders, prepare and present materials to senior management on the program and highlight any areas of concern. - Design
