Required Purchase Coordinator (Male) for Equipment and filters manufacturing Company Job Location: Murbad (Near Badlapur) Job Responsibilities - Well-versed with material purchase in terms of vessels and filters - Well- versed with material handling such as carbon steel, Stainless Steel, Pipes, Flanges, Fittings, Plates, Valves, etc. - Technical knowledge of material handling and vendor’s availability - Highly effective in negotiation skills - Vendor development and market presence - In depth knowledge in procurement of Industrial Products and Supply Chain Management. - Should be able to work independently - Complete documentation process as per standards like SAIL, and other suppliers for dispatch related activities, issues and resolve - Coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials between various departments. - Review and distribute production and shipping schedules and check with department managers to gauge progress, inventory levels and production issues. - Perform

• To increase business by deepening existing client relationships with cross-sell/upsell • To acquire new clients and pursue new leads and prospecting for Equities, Mutual Funds, Insurance, etc. • Organizing customer meets / workshops involving presentations • Carry other promotional activities for lead generation • Preparing and executing business plans and strategies to develop business. • Providing clients with information on new and existing products and schemes Keeping oneself updated on the financial markets & products • Client on-boarding, Account opening, etc. • Portfolio reporting to customers over email and phone at regular intervals like Monthly or Quarterly or as and when required. • Maintain customer contact and handle service issues & Customer queries • Prepare MIS and other relevant reports from time to time. • Handle official telephonic calls/emails/skype/Zoom and client visits to his/her office or residence and ensure proper follow-up is made on the enquiries generated

Experience to handle Engineering Stores.Whereas indent, issue, Gate Entry, Material Stock entry, weekly & Monthly Stock Appraisal, Tax Invoice, E-way Bill, GRN, and dispatch experience are a must. Total Experience Minimum 2 Years. Working Knowledge on ERP or Material Software is must. General Arrangement & Management, Stores HouseKeeping, Proper placements of material shall be done & have experience. GRN,QC Report attachement.
