Maintain professional internal and external relationship that meets company core values. Develop sales network to attain targets and increase revenues. Provide briefing of daily operations. Coordination with Rates for cargo for various sectors. Communicate the changes and manage difficult or emotional customer situations. Generate new ideas and making recommendations regarding how to improve and expand business periodically. Coordinate with account staffs and ensure the payment processing, green copies, IATA certificates, security declaration etc are submitted on time.
