Job Description: Intermountain DaySpring Clinic in Logan Utah offers substance abuse treatment programs for Cache County and the surrounding areas. We provide up-to-date, evidence-based treatment in a safe accepting environment. This Advanced Practice Provider will join a team of caregivers that are knowledgeable, caring and experienced, and give adult patients the support and tools they need to maintain sobriety from drugs and alcohol. While primarily working in Dayspring Clinic, this APP will also spend time with our general outpatient psychiatry team at Budge Clinic, treating a variety of conditions outside the scope of substance abuse.
