T.A and D.A will be changed after appointment of distributor to satisfy secondary sales and that will be as per company expense structure. 6. Job Description 1. Primary Sales -i.e. to appointment of a single super-distributor for 5 districts with an investment of 15 lakh within probation period of 1 month.After appointment of super-distributor,target will be changed and become 50 lakhs and that too will be achieving through five area development managers having individual target of 10 lakhs for each area development manger and they all be working under Area Sales Manager. 2. Company will provide leads for appointment of super-distributor also and provide senior visit support on need to satisfy primary sales as well. 3.
