Must be a strong writer and have worked in this field for at least one year. We would appreciate the applicant to bring sample of past for our viewing.Responsibilities:Legal ResearchOrdering Medical Records and bills to maintain client filesDrafting Settlement Demands and Mediation StatementsDrafting and filing pleadingsDrafting summons and complaints and electronic filingDrafting Motions, depositions and trial preparationResponding to discovery, Discovery/InterrogatoriesNeed Knowledge in Trial Works.Drafting legal documents, pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and all other related court formsNeed Experience in the case management software (such as Needles, Time Matters, West Law, Lexis Nexus, Case Map, Abacus Law etc )Candidate must have good communication skills, attention to detailWORK FROM HOMENEED TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY
