Record job entry in Customer Relationship Management portal 5. Upgrade software of handsets 6. Assemble / dismantle smartphones (unibody/duobody) 7. Repair handsets by changing screen, speaker, mic, camera etc 8. Repair handsets by PCB swap, charging connecter replacement etc 9. Deposit of cash collected through service 10. Verify handsets for exchange Education Requirement: 10 2 / ITI / Diploma, Certification in Device Care (Preferred) Experience Requirement: 0 - 4 years Skills & Competencies: 1. Customer Focus 2.
