Job Description: Procurement of Bearings Industrial & Decorative Paints Hand Tools Lab Chemicals and equipments Inspection Tools Stationery items Auto electrical Items Fasteners Bearings Abrasive Consumables Consumables for stores as per ideal inventory / consumption Make sure that timely procurement and continuous availability of spares as per requirement of user deptt. and provide support to team leader for finalization of Purchase Orders To plan and make sure that timely dispatch and arrival of material and spares timely Continuous search of Alternate Vendor to achieve better price quality and other terms like delivery etc Monitor procurement lead time and take corrective action to reduce lead time To meet breakdown needs & unplanned requirements on emergency basis To continuously evaluate existing methods & practices for weakness / wastage of resources
