Roles and Responsibilities - To see the court cases (Civil, Criminal, NI-Act & Revenue) - Co-ordination with all Local /Civil/ High Court Lawyers & other lawyers of the organization. - Conduct Land related Scrutiny, Legal Opinion & Title Search and to prepare the reports to discuss with the management. - Drafting of Legal Contracts, Reports Agreement, Sale Deed, GPA & other government related legal documents, contracts etc. - Handling of all Civil Cases if any & all legal matters of organization - To maintain and keep the Legal Records - Approval & Meeting with local authorities. - Dealing with District Collector Office, Local statutory bodies & Gram Panchayat Office. - Develop relations with the concerned officers of the Local authorities. - Experience of Liasioning with Government & Private Organizations. - Should be deft in Coordination & documentation pertaining to Govt.
