We are seeking a dynamic Chef in Charge on a full time basis to be sole in charge of the kitchen at our property in Mararikulam ( near Alleppey ). We are a small property with two bedrooms that will have at most 8 guests - except when special day events are organized. Given our small size, the person will have to be sole person in the kitchen. You will need to procure, prepare and manage the kitchen. You will be able to live locally on bachelor basis.
