We are seeking a dynamic Chef in Charge on a full time basis to be sole in charge of the kitchen at our property in Mararikulam ( near Alleppey ). We are a small property with two bedrooms that will have at most 8 guests - except when special day events are organized. Given our small size, the person will have to be sole person in the kitchen. You will need to procure, prepare and manage the kitchen. You will be able to live locally on bachelor basis. You will have full freedom to manage the menu and Required Candidate profile - Must be comfortable to communicate in English and interact with guests. - Should have good cooking skills and willingness to teach or guide guests tin cooking if requested. - Dedication and passion to keeping an extremely clean working environment. - Full management of the kitchen including procurement of local quality produce, their storage and efficient usage. - Specialize in coastal and continental cuisine with ability to cater to all dietary requirements.
