Responsibilities - Hiring, training and managing of operation & delivery executives - Charting a plan for sourcing and onboarding for the city and managing its execution - Working on end to end solution to reduce costs meeting business metrics - Developing a product roadmap along with senior management for requirements and driving its implementation - Collecting feedback from the ground to organise priorities and improve processes - Taking ownership of building the delivery ecosystem and striving to increasing efficiency - Motivating, supporting, and engaging with the fleet to understand requirements & aid their growth - Defining and monitoring key metrics of executives About you - Three years of experience in operations, consulting or communication - Engineering graduate with an analytical bent is preferred but not a constraint - Strong interpers
