Hiring & Recruitment Teacher Job Description The Teacher's primary job is to ensure that, in line with the trust’s Vision, Mission and Objectives, all learners learn the content and essential skills at each grade level as detailed in the trust's scheme of work. Teachers are directly responsible to the Head of their division and will work within the framework of school policies, procedures, and guidelines. Each teacher is responsible for being aware of any medical conditions affecting learners taught, and for knowing what, if any, action should be taken in cases of emergency.
