Both these companies are based at Durgapur, West Bengal.Roles & Responsibilities \:1.Need to answer calls from customers and provide support to customers2.Needs to followup with customers with respect to their queries\- Should be fine with shifts\- People who have worked earlier as a telecaller in international BPO s in the US Shift for atleast a year can apply.\- Residents of Durgapur and its surburban areas \(Like Asansol,Bankura,Birbhum,Bardhamman etc.\) will be given preference.Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsExperience\: 1 to 4 YearsRemuneration 10K to 25K PM depending upon capability
