POSITION (JOB) DESCRIPTION General Information Position / Role: Sr Manager/DGM - Land Acquisition and Documentation (Kente East Project and PEKB (R&R;) Location: Parsa Grade/ Level:E2/E3 Reporting To: Head – Land Acquisition and R&R; Business Function: Coal Mining /Sarguja Reporting To (Functional): NA Role Purpose Responsible for acquiring Private Land, Government land allotment and diversion of Forest Land for existing and new mines including compensatory afforestation land identification and acquisition. Preparing and implementing Rehabilitation and resettlement plan of project affected people. This position is also responsible for transfer & mutation of lands, Liasioning with local villagers/leaders/ authorities. Handles complete project documentation related to documentation.
