Roles and Responsibilities - Ensure that the sales promotion plan is implemented effectively (conduct farmers meet, market communication through various promotional activities and campaign ) - Ensure effective Dealer and distributor Channel Management to achieve the sales target of the assigned territory. - Identification of new potential market to position our product. - To ensure profitability targets are met on a regular basis. - Set Territory wise sales plan according to market potential. - Monitor the collection plan and ensure that there is no deviation - Proactively handle customer complaints on priority and effectively Build effective relationship with all channel partners / stakeholders. - Liaison with government department officials. - Motivate and support team to achieve the set target.
