JOB PURPOSE Provide support and supervision to staff and lead the Centre-team to provide world-class early childhood education and high-quality child care in keeping with Footprints’ policies and standards. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Manage staff and oversees daily operations. - Ensure the centre meets Footprints’standards as well as the standards set by law - Manage the running of the Centre, including staffing, administration, sales, finance, and facilities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Inspect the Centre on a daily basis and ensure that the entire facility including class rooms, wash-rooms, play areas, and the kitchen are clean, safe and properly stocked with necessary supplies. Check and manage inventory. Supervise the arrival of children at the beginning of the day; greet and interact with the parents. Inspect and supervise cooking and kitchen activities.
