Reporting TO - Spare Manager Office Timing - 9.00 am to 6.00 pm ( Sunday Off ) PRINCIPAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare quotation as per enquiry receipt by customer as per price list. Follow up with Customer Quotation sent. Receive purchase order from customer. Prepare consolidated required material sheet and give it to Purchase for making PO. receive information about material receipt. Give requisition to store for required material Arrange for courier / transport Dispatch material Mail docket to customer and inform on phone. Send invoice and challan to customer Prepare proforma if material is above 5000
