Job Responsibilities: 1. Initiate and schedule switch installation, permission and RFR 2. Install and commission router, switch, firewall, EGW, WAN optimizer 3. Install and integrate switch at customer premises 4. Generate service NIP for switch configuration 5. Push service configuration at take - off sites 6. Test work order before delivery to customer 7. Responsible for spare management, stock management and replenishment 8. Conduct proactive network audit through visits 9. Support in escalation management for enterprise customers Education Requirement: Degree/Diploma (Electronic & Communication, ElE, IT, CSE and Instrumentation),MBA preferred Experience Requirement: 3 - 5 years Skills & Competencies: 1.
