Job Description: - The RSH is responsible to grow and maintain critical scale of the region Should ensure that right quality properties are on boarded at the right location Closely work with Demand and Revenue for effective growth planning- P&L Review Cost of growth and profitability from the deals on a regular basis and make necessary changes to the plan to imp- People Development Should focus towards team development through effective feedback and review Should conduct periodic training for the team members- Build Predicatability Should have a good view and control on sign ups and launches with high degree of risk assessment and predicatability- Supply Update Weekly Review with RBH and BDMs on progress- Renewals Assist ROH on renewals, renegs and churn control- Partner Meetings Meet with hotels during M0-M3 period on a scheduled fashion- Regional Business Review Review with RBH and other Departmental heads on monthly performance and plan for upcoming month- Marketing Drive Supply Sid
