Position: Manager (Gender) Job Profile: - Lead the design and implementation of a gender training module for all project staff, particularly on issues related to women in agriculture. - Lead and be fully responsible for mapping the number of women SHG members rearing goats, current role of women in the goat value chain in the four project blocks (Musahri, Bochaha, Sakra and Muraul), and identifying constraints faced by women at each stage of the value chain.
