We are looking for a Retail Operation Manager to help supervise all aspects of our retail operations in Delhi, including but not limited to: Responsibilities and Duties Meeting monthly sales targets for salons and stylists in Delhi NCR Documenting all sales calls and demos Opening and Closing our New Delhi Retail Showroom Managing a team of retail employees and delivery drivers Tracking employee holiday and sick time Managing and clearing all vendor payments Managing drivers making local delivers in NCR and couriers in all India Overseeing car maintenance and service Receiving all cash payments and checking against invoices Maintaining detailed reporting of outstanding salon payments Conducting monthly physical inventory checks and identifying any discrepancies.
