\- To undertake various direct marketing initiatives such as customer meets, NOC day, gramsabha, Loan mela, MFG tie up activities etc. to conduct minimum 8\-10 activities per month at his based location.\-To ensure all DMT initiatives / programs for branches under her territory in coordination with branch & Relationship manager.\-To ensure follow up on leads received through all the activities of territory & timely closure of cases.\-To ensure proper MIS on leads generated through various programmers is properly captured in system and follow up.
