Monitor all projects and ensure achievement of all revenue objectives and develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and achieve all business objectives and determine an effective strategy. Responsibilities: Designs/develops new products and subassemblies in a specialty. Validates design by carrying out simulations and prototype builds. CAD modelling and drawing using Solidworks (or equivalent) Documents the design information in terms of drawings, parts, material specifications, bills of materials, etc. Works closely with global and local product management to define and design/redesign mechanical assemblies of Smart Structures products based upon customer feedback/ requests related to quality improvements or enhancements on existing products.
