Responsibilities and Duties - Attend all the in service training programmers. - To get oriented to the ward routine, equipment and type of patients. - Provides professional nursing care with an assigned unit according to establish standards and procedure. - Prepare nursing care plan to provide comprehensive care to assigned patient. - Complete nursing history / assessment sheet and care plan sheet with in the given time. - Take over the assigned inventory and ensure that all items and equipment are accounted correctly, any discrepancy report to the ward in charge. - Takes the bed side rounds and observes the signs and symptoms and behavior including the Physiological status of patient
