Looking after the marketing of coal for different Port sites like Mundra, Hazira, Tuna, Dahej and Vizag ? Act as a single point of contact for customers (current and prospects) for Coal. ? Be responsible for gathering market intelligence related to market trends, government policies and competitors in coal sector ? Preparing analysis and reporting to higher management ? Acting as a bridge between the client and the port operations team for smoother work flow. ? Be responsible for customer outstanding receivables and follow up with them regarding pending payments, in case of any dispute, resolving it with the help of necessary stakeholders ? Be constantly in touch with all the stakeholders (internal and external) at all the times. Qualifications Qualifications include: ? B-tech (MBA optional but preferred) ? Good knowledge of Port sector including Import and Export of coal in India ?
