LOCATION: VAJRAKARUR, ANDHRA PRADESH JOB DESCRIPTION: The main area of focus: - Implementation of QAP & QCP (QCPIR) for OMS, across all Sites - Support OMS in achieving Machine availability & improvement of MTBF & MTTR - Establish & maintain IMS audits & support IDRV, PDCA, Technical Audits - Promote, Monitoring & Tracking of DCM Process, ECP, ECN, EI, TCI - Support HOTO process at sites, for timely closure of all punch points - Ensure all failures are reported in the NCR portal - Monitor & track NCR process & Timely closure of Non Conformities - Analyse the repetitive failures/ nonconformities & carry out CAPA for horizontal deployment - Monitor & control, the C2Q against NCR & TCI Costs WRT the budget & track of SCB/ Insurance claims - Implementation of Skill Enhancement program for OMS & contract employees at sites - Analyze & propose resolution actions related to product/process related field failures (NCRs, Audit observations, Error management, PM/PCI - NCs, Customer complaints
