Requesting & getting statutory Documents (Invoice/DC/BTN/Waybill) from Finance on Real Time Basis for spares movements Monitor usage of BTN and waybill within the validity period. Co-ordination with courier / transporters / Bikers / Runners for spares Delivery. Update spares ETA & Delivery status to Help Desk Team by Mail & in ERP on real time basis Provide ETA for every part request within 30mins.
