Roles and Responsibilities Main Purpose: This position will be responsible to attain targetted sales at the Territory and developing distribution channels and new retailers. Job Responsibilities: 1. Handle the sales of Milk in assigned territory and nearby markets. 2. Responsible for product placement and achieving sales volumes from the given territory. 3. New Channel exploration, Channel expansion, channel development, and its management. 4. Institutional sales like Hotels, restaurants, caterers, canteen, hostels (HORECA). 5. Responsible for collections against sales. 6. Capturing of market information, competitor's' activities, and reporting. 7. Implementation and monitoring of promotional schemes as per the given direction. 8. Handling customer complaints and its redressal. 9. Maintaining the daily market report, preparing the MIS, and reporting to District Incharge as per the requirement. 10. Guiding and monitoring BDEs for achieving assigned targets.
