Job Description FUNCTIONS The existing business development team comprises of 7-8 people and is headed by Mr. Anil Ahuja, Executive Director and Head of Business Development. Top 3 KRAs for these roles will be: Originate business development leads directly or through existing channel partners. Qualifying leads independently. Hand holding clients from the time a project is won to the completion and handing over stage. Each project is large in size as EPC projects can vary from INR 2-30 Cr and PPA projects ranging from 15-20 MW with investments of INR 40-100 Cr. The role will be an individual contributor role, with teams at a later stage. REQUIREMENTS The candidate should be an engineer with an MBA in Power Management (from U.P. Power Institute/ National Power Thermal Institute. ) Should come from a reputed company and not from a small company. Should be a completely trained resource.
