You will function as an operating leader and partner with client Reinsurance CFO and team across three client locations UK, US and APAC and deliver treaty and facultative submission, bind processing for a portfolio of $80MM.Your role will function as an overlay of existing domain experts in reinsurance on operational rigour for a first time outsourcer and bring value through process and people management skills.You will be expected to be focused on complementing BPO delivery with transformation in reinsurance, driving 40% committed efficiency over a 5 year horizon, partnering with internal RPA and six sigma teams.
