Jaipur, Rajasthan The role is based out of the picturesque town of Amer, near Jaipur. The coordinator, if they choose to stay in Jaipur, will be provided conveyance to and from the foundation. Female applicants will be given a preference. STRUCTURE MANAGEMENT a) Teachers Develop the pedagogy of the Foundation with a special focus on the TEFL and Montessori methodology. Support the teachers in organizing and planning their classes and monitor their activities. Monitor the growth of the assistance teachers. Teachers' Session: work with the volunteers and the teachers to plan the teachers' session. Lead the sessions and make sure the plan is followed regularly. Submit a monthly report assessing the evolution of both the teachers and the assistant teachers. Quantify the number of teachers who have worked with the TF and their achievements and progress.
