Ensure timely and effective coordination with internal stakeholders for the smooth excise operations.- Coordination with supply chain & planning team for the type of labels need to be registered, changes in design of labels, new design approvals.- Coordination with finance for fees approvals and continuous follow up's for timely fee submission.- Keep check with the government notifications for fees updations- Ensure that all the excise documents are in place and to clear the backlog if any.- Creating file repository in place.- Ensure to keep track of new excise policies and updation of the organization labels and approvals accordingly.- Keeping strong check on new market launches & timely submissions of excise approvals to the gov bodies of that market.- Prepare and maintain all the documents & labels for the new markets.- Interfacing the external government excise bodies, central & state level both
