As a Brand Activations Manager, the incumbent will lead initiatives which bring the brand to life in the real world. He will shape how the brand, come to life across touchpoints, build the brand narrative across these touchpoints and help in differentiating Bira 91 as the brand of choice for todays generation of urban millennials. He will be expected to deliver impactful & effective programming across large activations and campaigns, which drive brand advocacy amongst our target consumer. This experiential programming will include event creation, sponsorship activation (e.g. ICC) and the management of brand ambassadors & other strategic partners. The position extends to key account programming as he will be will instrumental in supporting the sales team in providing campaign programs which deliver against volume objectives. He will be responsible for delivering an integrated approach with constituent teams such as media, digital, social media, sales and trade marketing (amongst others)
